En wat degenen die ongelovig zijn betreft: hen zal Ik op de wereld en (in) het Hiernamaals met een strenge bestraffing straffen en er zullen voor hen geen helpers zijn.

فأمَّا الذين كفروا بالمسيح من اليهود أو غَلَوا فيه من النصارى، فأعذبهم عذابًا شديدًا في الدنيا: بالقتل وسلْبِ الأموال وإزالة الملك، وفي الآخرة بالنار، وما لهم مِن ناصر ينصرهم ويدفع عنهم عذاب الله.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
