En toen de metgezellen zeiden: "O 'Isa, zoon van Maryam, ben jij in staat om jouw Heer te vragen om tot ons een Ma'idah (gedekte tafel) te doen neerdalen uit de hemel?" Hij ('Isa) zei: "Vreest Allah, indien jullie gelovigen zijn."

قَالَ اتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ اِنْ کُنْتُمْ مُّؤْمِنِیْنَ مؤمنین کو ایسی دعائیں نہیں کرنی چاہئیں۔ ایسے مطالبات آپ لوگوں کو زیب نہیں دیتے۔
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
