Verontschuldigt jullie maar niet, jullie zijn ongelovig geworden nadat jullie geloofden. Als Wij een groep van jullie vergeven (vanwege hun berouw) dan zullen Wij een andere groep bestraffen omdat zij misdadigers waren.

آیت 66 لاَ تَعْتَذِرُوْا قَدْ کَفَرْتُمْ بَعْدَ اِیْمَانِکُمْ ط اِنْ نَّعْفُ عَنْ طَآءِفَۃٍ مِّنْکُمْ نُعَذِّبْ طَآءِفَۃًم بِاَنَّہُمْ کَانُوْا مُجْرِمِیْنَ یعنی اب وہ وقت آرہا ہے کہ تمہیں تمہارے ان کرتوتوں کے سبب سزائیں بھی ملیں گی۔
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
