Respondeu-lhes: Aquilo com que o meu Senhor me tem agraciado é preferível. Secundai-me, pois, com denodo, elevantarei uma muralha intransponível, entre vós e eles.

فقال لهم:{ مَا مَكَّنِّي فِيهِ رَبِّي خَيْرٌ ْ} أي: مما تبذلون لي وتعطوني، وإنما أطلب منكم أن تعينوني بقوة منكم بأيديكم { أَجْعَلْ بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَهُمْ رَدْمًا ْ} أي: مانعا من عبورهم عليكم.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
