يعذب من يشاء ويرحم من يشاء واليه تقلبون ٢١
يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرْحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُ ۖ وَإِلَيْهِ تُقْلَبُونَ ٢١

Ele castiga quem deseja e Se apiada de quem Lhe apraz, e a Ele retornareis.
