Suas são as chaves dos céus e da terra; prodigaliza e restringe a Sua graça a quem Lhe apraz, porque é Onisciente.

وقوله : ( له مقاليد السموات والأرض ) تقدم تفسيره في " سورة الزمر " ، وحاصل ذلك أنه المتصرف الحاكم فيهما ، ( يبسط الرزق لمن يشاء ويقدر ) أي : يوسع على من يشاء ، ويضيق على من يشاء ، وله الحكمة والعدل التام ، ( إنه بكل شيء عليم )
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
