Tal é o mandamento que Deus vos revelou. E quem temer a Deus, (saiba que) Ele lhe absolverá os pecados e lheaumentará a recompensa.

{ ذَلِكَ }[أي:] الحكم الذي بينه الله لكم { أَمْرُ اللَّهِ أَنْزَلَهُ إِلَيْكُمْ } لتمشوا عليه، [وتأتموا] وتقوموا به وتعظموه.{ وَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يُكَفِّرْ عَنْهُ سَيِّئَاتِهِ وَيُعْظِمْ لَهُ أَجْرًا } أي: يندفع عنه المحذور، ويحصل له المطلوب.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
