تو انہوں نے جو اپنے اس میثاق کو توڑ ڈالا اس کے سبب اور ان کے اللہ کی آیات کے انکار اور انبیاء کو ناحق قتل کرنے (کے سبب سے) اور ان کے اس طرح کہنے (کی پاداش) میں کہ ہمارے دل تو غلافوں میں بند ہیں۔ بلکہ (حقیقت یہ ہے کہ) اللہ نے ان (کے دلوں) پر مہر کردی ہے ان کے کفر کے باعث پس اب وہ ایمان نہیں لائیں گے مگر بہت ہی شاذ
